Job Description

  • Carry out basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger.
  • Create financial reports.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Record cash transactions.
  • Perform invoice processing and filing.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Perform other additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency with bookkeeping software.
  • Must be familiar with basic accounting principles.
