Job Description
- Carry out basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Handle communications with clients and vendors.
- Maintain and update the general ledger.
- Create financial reports.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Record cash transactions.
- Perform invoice processing and filing.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Perform other additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency with bookkeeping software.
- Must be familiar with basic accounting principles.
