Job Description
- Prepare memos, invoices letters, and other relevant documents.
- Handle phones and route calls to the correct person.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- File documents and reports.
- Prepare/deliver documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Utilize various software, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Opening, sort and distribute faxes, emails and other correspondence.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
