Job Description

  • Prepare memos, invoices letters, and other relevant documents.
  • Handle phones and route calls to the correct person.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • File documents and reports.
  • Prepare/deliver documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
  • Utilize various software, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Opening, sort and distribute faxes, emails and other correspondence.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Female candidates may apply.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
