  • Carry out audits on financial statements and reports.
  • Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
  • Manage data, records, and reports.
  • Identify errors and verify the accuracy of information.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Monitor client accounts.
  • Handle and direct phone calls to the designated person.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Order office supplies when required.
  • Direct mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
  • Identify ways to improve administrative processes.
