Job Description

  • Carry out office administration and clerical duties.
  • Handle and transfer calls.
  • Take messages and communicate to the appropriate person.
  • Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office.
  • Handle the visitor’s questions professionally.
  • Sort/distribute incoming mails.
  • Draft, check and proofread office documents.
  • Order and stock office supplies when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
