- Carry out office administration and clerical duties.
- Handle and transfer calls.
- Take messages and communicate to the appropriate person.
- Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office.
- Handle the visitor’s questions professionally.
- Sort/distribute incoming mails.
- Draft, check and proofread office documents.
- Order and stock office supplies when needed.
Requirements
