Job Description

  • Handle phone calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Deliver timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as required.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for office staff/managers.
  • Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Female candidates may only apply.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
