Job Description

  • Manage staff's work schedules.
  • Perform regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are followed.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee inventory and make sure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Monitor the cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
  • Conduct customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Make sure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service.
  • Adhere to health code compliance and sanitation standards.
  • Identify ways to decrease operational costs.

Requirements
