  • Organize paper and electronic files.
  • Draft correspondence and create spreadsheets.
  • Review incoming memos, submissions, and reports and respond appropriately.
  • Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings.
  • Check the levels of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Handle incoming emails.
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
