Job Description

  • Keep receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Collect, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Carry out other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Check deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of excess.
  • Maintain a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
  • Make sure that the store is kept clean and organized.
  • Coordinate the handling of freight.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Competency in data entry.


  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
