Job Description
- Call existing customers to persuade them to purchase products/services.
- Maintain records of customers’ purchase orders.
- Create promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
- Handle customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with the products and services.
- Build and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products/services to make suitable suggestions based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
